    • The Family and Medical Leave Act, commonly called FMLA, is a federal law that provides job-protection rights to employees to take a leave away from work. It entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons. Join us at our quarterly Insight seminar, where will cover what FMLA is, how it works and provide some strategies employers can use to manage their leave absence programs.
      • The seminar will be led by a panel of experts on the topic: Dan Hougham, Regional Vice President of Sales Support & Account Management at Principal Financial Group, Brad Tenpas, Assistant Product Director at Principal Financial Group in their Specialty Benefits Division, and Erin Meegan, FMLASource® Account Manager.
